1972 Airstream Trade Wind Travel Trailer 25 FT .Vin# L25D2J3901. Up for Auction is this vintage 1972 Airstream Trade Wind Land Yacht Travel Trailer. This coach is almost all original and is selling in it's AS-IS condition. The trailer is fully self-contained and features a newly updated custom bathroom.This Airstream has the original Armstrong rooftop AC, original Suburban air furnace, awning with durable carefree fabric, and original kitchen appliances. Trailer features a like new condition six gallon Atwood Hot Water Heater, also two (30lb) LP tanks that are in very good condition. The Awning does open a little rough; it just needs a new endcap on one side to roll smooth.This coach is an excellent example of the iconic Airstream Trailer. This model is the two twin bed floor plan with rear bathroom. The trailer has all original cabinetry/storage bins; 90% of the Tambour cabinet doors are in very good condition open/close with ease. Camper has all original windows that are intact and functioning with screens. The galley kitchen has the original Dometic 2-way refridgerator with freezer and the original Magic Chef oven with (4) burner stovetop. The Kitchen also features a double sink, several pantry/storage areas, and original fold-out dining table (seats 2). This galley kitchen also features a mount for a flat screen television with cable wire. Beyond the kichen is the sleeping area which has two twin beds with storage above and below. Both beds have a recently purchased mattress. This bedroom area also has a mount for a television with cable wire. This Airstream has a rear bathroom layout with standing shower area, sink, toliet by Thetford and cabinet/closet storage area. To my knowledge all electrical outlets as well as the lighting is in working order. At most some light bulbs may need replacement. The trailer is missing the original front folding couch bed, and has wood flooring throughout that is not original to the camper. Also, the camper has an updated roof antenna. This coach has good exterior doors/hatches complete with lock and key. The exterior aluminum skin is in good condition.
