This luxurious genuine leather furniture set includes a Burgundy 2 cushion Sofa, Large Armchair, and two Ottomans, and features premium leather upholstery and fantastic design on the seats and back cushions. Solid, durable, stylish, and comfortable, this set includes all around quality pieces of furniture. Furniture has minimum signs of wear, only a few small marks on the back from moving, but can probably be removed with a simple leather cleaner.I am looking to sell these items as soon as possible, the reason being that because of unforeseen circumstances, I am not able to afford my rent or electricity this month, and my landlord just yesterday gave me a 3 day notice because of a past electricity bill that was in his name that I have not paid off yet. Please have a heart and help me pay off these bills by the first of the month, the past electric bill in the next two days if possible, I am not sure if landlord is willing to wait a few days past the 3 day notice.
